In 1986, I was born into the great city of Jacksonville, FL and 30 years later, I still call the First Coast home. Growing up I complained about how little Jacksonville had to offer but over the years, my perspective on Northeast Florida has changed as I’ve watched my native city evolve into a multicultural metropolis full of rich history and modern culture.
In 2009, I received my bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Art History from the University of North Florida. Through my passion for writing and the arts, I’ve set out to curate a comprehensive guide to the First Coast and neighboring cities while also providing a glimpse into my life.
I’m a self-proclaimed pizza snob, wife to a Sailor, outdoor enthusiast, SpiderMan fangirl, wannabe bookworm, and sneaker collector. And I’m almost always wearing sunglasses and the color black.
Wanna chat? You can find me across the Interwebz as erinwiggle on most social media sites (like Instagram, my fav!)… except Pinterest because someone stole my name. (Boo!)
But enough about me, let’s talk about my blog.
